⚠ Beware of middlemen

Beware of middlemen promising to clear a listing for cash. No one can guarantee removal: only the competent authority can order it. Pay government fees only through official government channels. Zemindo’s paid assistance covers preparing, filing and following up your representation; it does not guarantee delisting or include court representation.

Step 1 · Your land and how you found out

Which state is the land in?
How did you find out?
You are…

Step 2 · Check the status on the official portal

Open the official page in a new tab and search your survey number. Zemindo never fetches or copies these lists.

Telangana

  1. Open the IGRS Telangana "Prohibited Properties" page and pick your district, mandal and village.
  2. Search the survey number on the list. Check the parent survey number too: the list may show the whole survey number even if your plot is only part of it.
  3. Open Bhu Bharati and check the land status for the same survey number on the same day; the two can differ.
  4. Note the category shown (government, assigned, endowment, Wakf, ceiling, court) and take a screenshot with the date.

Andhra Pradesh

  1. Open IGRS Andhra Pradesh and use the prohibited-property search for your district, mandal and village.
  2. Search the survey number and note the category shown.
  3. Take a screenshot with the date.

Upload or paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) the screenshot. PNG, JPEG, WEBP, HEIC or PDF, up to 15 MB.

Step 3 · Eight questions about the land

Pick "Not sure" when you don't know. Your answers stay with this check.

1. What kind of property is it?
2. Which approvals does it have? (pick all)
3. Which documents do you have? (pick all)
4. Is the survey number on the list wider than your plot?

For example, a whole layout or a large survey number of which your plot is one part.

5. Is there any court case or attachment on the land?
6. Where did the land originally come from?
7. Was it converted for non-agricultural use (NALA) or regularised by an official order?
8. What category does the official list show?

Information, not legal advice. Zemindo is not a law firm and does not represent you. Only an official order removes a listing.

We link to the official portals and cite government orders and news reports. We never fetch, copy or search the official lists for you.
