How we use your details

What we collect: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the land you ask about (survey number, village, map pin) and any documents you upload.

Why: to verify the land, to deliver and bill your order, and to contact you about it. We never use it for marketing unless you say yes to that separately.

Your rights: download or erase your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time from "Your data" in your account. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.

We keep invoices for 6 years because GST law requires it; everything else is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Questions or complaints: write to us through Help. If we do not resolve it, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

What do I get?

A dated report with every check, its official source and finding, signed by a Zemindo reviewer (Land Registerability Check) or an empanelled advocate (Full Verification).

Which check should I choose?

Start with the Land Registerability Check: it tells you quickly whether the land can be registered and bank-financed. Choose Full Verification when you are about to pay a token or buy, or for land over 1 acre.

What if I upgrade later?

If you move to Full Verification within 30 days for the same survey number, what you paid for the Land Registerability Check is credited.

Is the map the land record?

No. The outline is a map reference from TGRAC. The land record itself is checked on the official portals as part of the report.

Do I need an account?
